Reiki is a Japanese healing modality used to intentionally channel and direct universal chi, prana or energy.  It can be used to restore balance and equilibrium in the body, reduce stress, promote relaxation or clear and protect space.

In this 15 hour Reiki I & II training students will learn how to harness their own innate ability to act as channels or conduits of energy for self healing, treatments for others, space clearing as well as long distance Reiki.

• Background and history of Reiki

• Reiki Attunements - a traditional activation passed down from teacher to student 

• Reiki hand placements and symbols

• Hands on practice in giving and receiving Reiki

• Guidance for developing your own intuitive and practical uses

• How to conduct a self-healing or treatment session

• Long distance Reiki and space clearing

• Guest Reiki Master Teachers
