Yogic texts encourage letting go rather than adding or achieving in order to return to our true origins and home of JOY or ananda.

We see balance as the primary force behind wellness and
offer a variety of complimentary modalities to help deepen internal connection and restore equilibrium.
Yoga
I am an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 certified yoga teacher specializing in Sivananda and Forrest lineages of yoga - practices can be personalized to any skill level or need.
Classes utilize a combination of breath and intuitive movement
backed by traditional yogic theory and sequencing to effectively release
and integrate experiences somatically.
Always a container of cocreation between student(s) and teacher, we use movement as a tool towards embodiment where there is encouragement in accessing our body's innate wisdom on the mat to ultimately walk in this world more fully.
Practice is challenging, yet accessible and
energetic assists are widely offered.
Stylistic offerings include power vinyasa, vinyasa, slow flow, restorative, Forrest inspired, mandala flows, guided meditation and more....

Intuitive Energy Work
I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui/Holy Fire lineage.
Sessions are offered in a one on one setting
addressing personal needs encompassing physical, emotional and cognitive ailments where universal chi or energy is intuitively channeled to realign and heal imbalances through stimulating
the body's own healing mechanism. Cutsom tailor your session to purely energy work, intuitive reading or a blend of both.
A deep state of relaxation, lightness, clarity of mind
and subtle as well as physical shifts and sensation are common.
Distance Energy, Reiki Level I & II, Advanced and Master
trainings and attunements also available.

Quantum Hypnosis
I am a Level II Certified QHHT Practitioner through Julia Cannon.
Developed by Dolores Cannon and continued by her daughter Julia Cannon, QHHT or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique uses the theta brainwave state to access a deep level of consciousness where the client is guided through past life regression (typically 1-3 lives)
and then accesses the High Self which is able to address
questions and physical ailments.
Spontaneous healing is a typical occurrence as is a deep level of guidance. All sessions are confidential and audio recorded.

Originally from a small town in the foothills of northern Colorado, I have been blessed to have traveled and lived all over in my 30 years, to currently call Sedona, AZ my home. I am passionate about nature, connection and movement - especially of energy.
Energy has forever been my first language and permeates any healing modality in which we meet. My primary calling is as a conduit in deepening connection to your own innate essence and ability to heal.
I act as a space holder. A reminder. A gentle guide.
